A Karnataka special that brings back fond memories of summer vacations when grandmother's terraces were filled with batches of sandige left to dry.
Adukale's Sandiges are made in the traditional way and sun dried. Sandige when deep fried in oil is a perfect accompaniment to any South Indian meal
Directions for Use
- Heat oil in a kadai. Make sure there is enough oil for the Sandiges to submerge fully
- Once the oil is hot (test by dropping a tiny piece of Sandige, if it comes up right away, you are good to go), drop 3-4 Sandiges at a time. Wait till the Sandiges expand in volume and then turn them over to get an even color (Please refer to the product image for reference)
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes and enjoy it with your favourite meal
