Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days post the receipt of the order depending on availability of the product. We will deliver your products to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. 

Please note that the time of delivery depends on a number of factors like: weather, unforeseen events, traffic conditions and other special events. However, we will strive to ensure that the product reaches you as quickly as possible and keep you updated in case of any changes. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

We reserve right to cancel any order. In case an order is cancelled, we will duly refund the order amount 

Delivery Schedule

Orders placed before 10 am will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10 am on Saturday will be shipped on Monday. Our offices are closed on Sunday and no orders will be shipped on Sunday. 

Delivery Charges

We levy a flat shipping fee of Rs. 50 on all orders in Bangalore. For orders outside Bangalore we charge a flat fee of Rs. 100

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the following countries - USA, EU, Australia and the Middle East. Your products will be shipped via DHL or FEDEx. 

The shipping prices are based on weight and it will vary based on the order

Once the order is shipped, the tracking details will be provided to the customer and the order will be delivered within 4-5 business days. 

Important Note- Additional charges like Import Duty or Customs Duty if any, specific to a country are to be borne by the customer.
