Snacks: Please improve. Not good at all, too costly. Earlier you had good snacks, but now gone.

Earlier last year, I had tried chakli, benne muruku and all the snacks were good taste, with the good frangrance of oil, butter on our hands as we eat them, close to home made effect. But, now, recently when I bought the snacks again, we were very disappointed. the snacks are too hard, no home-made effect like how it used to be earlier. very costly, not good. Kindly improve back.

Benne murukku

Absolutely very poor. There is no benne added or it doesn't have slightest smell of benne. We had eaten benne murukkum from Adyar Anand Bhavan which is much better quality. It melts in the mouth. ADUKALE has to improve a much lot to reach to the standard of Adyar Anand Bhavan.
