Once the order was placed and payment was made, received a call a couple of days later telling that the product was out of stock. The customer support is great but not having listed an out of stock product as 'Out of stock' can cause problems for the customer.

Poor Handling

Quite disappointed the way in which the order was handled and finally we were forced to cancel the order and even the refund took longer time than normal. All this goes to prove, you have to come a long way in improving to stay as a market leader if you are aiming for that

Delayed delivery

Could not even taste, as delivey hapened after we started out of Pune. Consignment was lying with delivery partner, though reached Pune on 28th Oct 2024. We left on 2 nd morning. Had sent a mail to you in this regard. No use.
