Description

A spice mix to prepare Gojju

Ingredients

Black Gram Dal, Bengal Gram Dal, Coriander, Red Chillies, Copra, Fenugreek, Cumin, Asofoetida, Tamarind, Turmeric, Rice Flour,  Sugar, Salt, Mustard, Black Pepper, Vegetable Cooking Oil, and Malic Acid

Directions for Use
  • Cut 250 gms of vegetables of your choice. (Best Suited Vegetables – Pineapple, Okra, Capsicum, Onion, Tomato, Bitter Gourd)
  • Prepare a tempering of 1 tsp of Mustard, Curry Leaves, and 2 half cut red chillies in 2 tsp of cooking oil
  • Saute the vegetables with a pinch of salt for quicker cooking till they are cooked. Add water till the level of cooked vegetables and boil
  • To this boiling mixture add 3-4 tsp of Adukale Tarkari Gojjina Powder and boil for 2-3 minutes
  • Serve with Chapati, Rice, or Pooris
