Courier / poor packaging

No body took responsibility for the product delivery! We had to find the package and take it ! Now being big brand is not all. Taking responsibility and given follow up is important … it’s was nightmare to get the package after 16days of shipping to mumbai… some of the products like kodabale/ chakali was broken due to package mishandling… it’s sad that nobody takes any care of the customers… poor service

Delivery by DTDC

Frankly I was quite upset by the fact that DTDC Courier delayed the delivery of my consignment by over 10 days in the false pretext that the consignee had requested so. Fact is he never communicated with me until 28-Sept when I contacted him and he said he cannot deliver at my address and asked me to pick it up from his Peresandra office (12 km away) which I was forced to do. You Will have to choose a more reliable courier such as DELHIVERY next time, is what I recommend.

Authentic groundnut chutney powderer

I find the chutney powder very good in terms of quality, quantity and authentic taste.
