Maddur Vade + Kayi Kodubale (Coconut) Combo
Description
Maddur Vade
One of the most popular snacks here at Adukale, we must have sold 1L+ packs so far! You just cannot go wrong with this one.
The famous Maddur Vade/Vada gets its name from the Maddur/Madduru town that is about 80 km away from Bangalore. It has a crispy, little bit hard crust and soft-soft from the inside. You can have it as is or with a hot coffee/tea.
Origins of Maddur Vade!
One day, a train arrived early and Shri Ramachandra Budhya's Pakoras weren't ready. He didn't wish to lose out on customers and came up with an idea to roll the dough flat (as the cone shape of the pakora takes longer to make and cook) and fry it like a vada.
It became popular among the passengers and that's how Maddur Vade got its name.
Kayi Kodubale (Coconut)
Kodubale is one of the most popular snacks from Karnataka. It is made using rice flour, coconut, ground roasted gram powder and deep fried. The soft dough is rolled like long cigars of ¼ inch pencil thick and then shaped like a bangle by pressing the ends to shape like little horns.
Traditionally prepared during Gowri-Ganesha and Krishna Janmasthami festivals, enjoy Adukale's Koduble anytime with a hot cup of tea or coffee or as an accompaniment with food.
It's great. Everything is good. Will order again. Only scope of improvement you have is packaging. All the vade was broken . Other than that everything is good.
Very bad quality. Received broken pieces and in semi powder form. Worst packing. Kindly refund my money or can i file case against your company. I will never ever buy your products. I will also writeup in social media and persuade at least 20 people not to buy your products.
Nice quality but broken pieces - may be due to courier mishandling
