Kayi Kodubale | 180g
Kodubale is one of the most popular snacks from Karnataka. It is made using rice flour, coconut, ground roasted gram powder and deep fried. The soft dough is rolled like long cigars of ¼ inch pencil thick and then shaped like a bangle by pressing the ends to shape like little horns.
Traditionally prepared during Gowri-Ganesha and Krishna Janmasthami festivals, enjoy Adukale's Koduble anytime with a hot cup of tea or coffee or as an accompaniment with food.

It didn't make a pleasant trip to Chennai. It is unfortunate that all I got was powdered bits with no actual kodubale pieces I could sink my teeth into. I happen to absolutely love Kodubale but it was sad to see I couldn't savor the snack that I so love. I happen to like the flavor of Adukale's kodubable but I do have an issue many a time with how broken it arrives.
